Struggle with a skin condition Vitiligo. There are many variations of skin appearance. Vitiligo is a disease that causes the loss of skin color in Blotches. Vitiligo occurs when pigment-producing cells die or stop functioning. The loss of skin color can affect any part of the body. The spread is very fast; some see the spread over their entire body. Then it just stops. It then remains stable without change Forever. There is no cure. There is no exact cause which is completely understood. But, there are theories. It can be embarrassing. Lead to depression and cause anxiety in the person who suffers from it. This “Skin” series is a visual exploration of the disease as something beautiful and unique.
